Flame Color
Blue – Power and strength.
Black, Gray or Brown – Negative energies.
Green – Jealousy or envy; Bright Green can signify receiving money.
Yellow – Good energy and clarity, balanced life.
Orange – Positive energy and well being.
Red – Possibility of health issues.
Wax
Look at the “bowl” of wax just under the flame:
Deep and liquidy can represent depression.
A flat bowl is neutral.
Wax dripping down the side of the candle represents tears and sadness.
**Wick**
The wick represents the person’s body. Irregularities and bumps along the wick can indicate blockages and issues in corresponding parts of the body. (Top of wick representing head and bottom of wick, the feet). Also look at the “posture” of the wick as a representation of physical and emotional body language.
Steady burn, round in shape – Good balance.
Long and tall flame – Spiritual goals.
Jumping or leaping – Struggles to overcome obstacles.
Flame sparks dipping and rising – Nervousness and unsteadiness.
Flame far from wax – Not grounded.
Halo – Spiritual energy and wisdom.
