How much of who you are and the life you are living is a result of the ancestral inheritances you carry within your field?

Your beliefs, your perceptions, the choices you make, even what you believe is possible for your life. How much is shaped by those who came before you?

Our ancestors live within us in so many ways. Through the stories we have inherited, the patterns we repeat, the resentments we carry, and even the admiration and loyalties that unconsciously shape our choices.

Some of these inheritances are tremendous gifts. Others continue to influence our lives in ways that limit our ability to fully express who we came here to be.

We can honor our ancestors for the gift of life while clearing the stories, patterns, and energetic inheritances— good or bad, they are ours to transform if we truly are to be free.

We may have complicated relationships with those who came before us. We may carry pain from their choices, their actions, or the lives they lived. Yet through them, life was passed to us. And that is something sacred to honor.

In the spirit of Día de los Muertos, we will gather for a day of ceremony, ancestral honoring, and clearing—creating a sacred space to acknowledge those who came before us, give them their rightful place upon our altars, and consciously separate ourselves from the inheritances that have shaped our lives.

Through ceremony, we honor their journeys while reclaiming the freedom and responsibility to live sovereign and strong.

To fully step into all we were born to bring forth in these times, we must break free from all that has been.
