Over the years, I have come to understand how essential it is to be in spaces that take us away from everyday life and support reconnection with a deeper source of wisdom and inspiration.

A space to move beyond our stories, mental chatter and rollercoaster of emotions and reflect upon the state of our hearts and remember what’s real and true in our lives—today.

Salve for the Soul was created as this space—a place to honor our lives, reconnect with what is meaningful, and remember the beauty and strength that emerge when we hold space for one another in ceremony and sacred circle.

A supportive ritual space to honor what has been and who you have become—a space where you are held, witnessed, and inspired to step into the next chapter of your story.

Hosted at my home in the idyllic mountains of Midway, Utah, Salve for the Soul offers a safe and intentional container, to move beyond the density, engage from your Soul’s knowing- and open to the realms of potential and possibility.
