SOWING SEEDS OF SPRING: A Moving Shamanic Journey

Life is moving fast. Things are shifting in ways we couldn’t have imagined — navigating this shift consciously is integral. The most powerful thing each of us can do at this time, is to come home to ourselves — fully sovereign and embodied, deeply rooted in our truth and innermost knowing.

It is here that we awaken to, and source from the whole of consciousness from which we are part. 

It is in this place that we will gather at the astrological New Year of the Spring Equinox, for a moving, ecstatic Shamanic Journey guided by Shamanic Practitioner, Andrea Bernstein with a curated playlist by DJ Shamanamama.

Together, we will turn over the soil of our bodies, making it rich with the compost of what was, in order to cultivate the fertile ground to begin anew- deeply aligned within and without.

An ecstatic  journey to consciously choose the seeds you will cultivate throughout the coming season. A safe and sacred space to to turn over what has been outgrown, and to connect to and find grounded balance in what is ready to begin anew. Specifically, you will:

• Tune in and move through what is needing to be released
• Attune and prepare your body as fertile ground for your intentions
• Access deeper guidance and energetically align with what is ready to be planted
• Experientially embody the core themes of the Seeds of Your Becoming weekend ahead
